Yakisoba Sauce

Makes about 600ml - 1 pint

  •  1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup HP sauce or brown 
  • 4.5 ozs oyster  sauce
  • 2 1/4 ozs rice vinegar
  • 2 1/4   tomato  ketchup
  • 2 1/4    soft  brown  sugar
 Combine  all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.Transfer to a
bottle and  store in a cool, dark kitchen. Use within  a week.
