Sweet Chili Mayonaise

Delicious in handrolls and California Rolls

• 1 cup good-quality mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp smooth, sweet  chilli sauce

1. Combine the ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl.  
2. Keep refrigerated  in a squeezable plastic bottle.  
3. Use within  a week.
