Sukiyaki Sauce


  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooking sake
  • 1 cup mirin
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
Make Sauce:

. In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients, and bring it to a boil. Set aside.
